2. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed and successfully paid before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Products with special shipping notes (such as “Pre-order” or “Ships within X business days”) will follow the timeframe stated on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times begin after the order is shipped, not from the purchase date.

- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.
- Orders under $50 will be charged a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
- Expedited and Overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
5. Order Tracking, Changes & Cancellations
- After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@mealprepbox.site.
- Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment.
6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

- Company Error (Wrong or Defective Item):
If we ship an incorrect or defective item, mealprepbox.site will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund. - Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues
- Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- While we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after carrier acceptance, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier and filing claims when necessary.
